1.Interpretation
1.1 Each defined term in this Refund Policy has the same meaning assigned to it in the Subscription Agreement between the Seller and the Subscriber.
2.Refunds
2.1 The Seller may at its absolute discretion to decide whether it wants to consider any request for refunds on a strictly case-by-case basis
2.2 Subject to Clause 2.3, the Subscriber may request for a refund in the following circumstances:
(a) Full refund of the recurring payment fees (for term-based online classes): within 30 days from the Recurring Payment Date of the relevant Subscription Period.
2.3 The Subscriber cannot request for any refund if any study packages/videos have been purchased on the Subscriber’s Account. For the avoidance of doubt, once any study package has been downloaded in the Subscriber’s Account whether such worksheet has been viewed, used, saved or printed, no refund will be provided.
2.5 A refund request may only be made by the Subscriber, and the Seller will not make any refund to any third party.
3.Termination of recurring classes
3.1 In an event that the student/parent wishes to terminate recurring classes, he/she needs to provide a verbal and written notice of (1) month to FullMarks Dot Com.
4.Methods of refund
4.1 The Seller may make the refunds through the same payment method the Subscriber used to pay for the Subscription. Any other means of refund such as a bank transfer to the Subscriber’s designated bank account are to be agreed between the Seller and the Subscriber in writing.
4.2 In any event, the Subscriber shall solely bear any transfer fees incurred in making such refund, which the Seller may set-off against or deduct from the sum that is to be refunded to the Subscriber.
4.3 The Seller will process a valid refund request within 10 business days from the date of written approval of a refund request.
5. GENERAL
5.1 The Seller may amend this Refund Policy from time to time without giving any prior notice to the Subscriber.
5.2 This Refund Policy is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
